Sustainability

Sustainability is a broad term, generally referring to continuation. Other words also may be used to describe sustainability including long-term viability, survival, durability, longevity and long- term maintenance (adapted from O’Loughlin, J., Renaud, L., Richard, L., Gomez, L. S., and Paradis, G. (1998)).

The Heart Health Resource Centre offers a number of publications and resources that will help in your efforts to develop a sustainable program.
